The construction system in Varano Borghi’s district is made up with 2 Cellula’s units. They are placed on a single level of 80 square meters and on a gross surface area of about 120 square meters.
The house is characterized by a living room-kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The Cellula’s units are very near to each other but not completely parallel and this means the presence of external paved and covered spaces: the first space is a car park and the second one is a comfortable external living room which overlooks the property’s garden.
From this point and through an external staircase, it is possible to reach the terrace, which is delimited by a modern glass parapet.
The typical red coverage on the south-exposed wall hosts solar panels, which are able to generate energy for the daily need of the house.
