The project has been designed for an implementation plan in the district of Uboldo. It involves the creation of a housing complex made up with 14 single-family houses placed on two levels with car park and private garden.
Each living unit is composed by 4 Cellula’s units placed on two levels and with a gross surface of 161 square meters.
The ground floor is characterized by a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom and an office. It overlooks the external pergola placed in the most private part of the garden and it can be use as summer living room area.
The stairs placed in the passageway of the entrance can link the two levels. On the upper floor there are the sleeping quarters with two bathrooms and three bedrooms, one of which has a walk-in wardrobe. From the bedrooms it is possible to access to the balcony, which surrounds the three sides of the house. The Cellula’s units on the ground floor are not parallel and also, through the use of wood vertical elements placed in front of the entrance, it is possible to create a covered and private space.
